Black Mirror Season 4 'Crocodile' Teaser Deals With Lost Memories

Charlie Booker's science fiction anthology series Black Mirror will return to Netflix next year, and we can't wait to see the six new episodes that will surely be worth the wait. Its episodes are often disturbing, offering commentary on our relationship with technology. Netflix has released trailers for two episodes from the upcoming season. We've already shared the trailer for the Jodie Foster-directed episode Arkangel. Now, Netflix has released another trailer for the episode titled Crocodile.

Watch the teaser:

The episode is being directed by John Hillcoat (The Proposition, The Road), and it features a memory recovery specialist who uses a high-tech machine that "accesses memories of what happened". Her final line – "private stuff is private stuff" – seems like the show's equivalent to Chekhov's gun, and since this is Black Mirror, that probably won't stay private for long. This Season 4 episode stars Kiran Sonia Sawar (Murdered By My Father) and Andrea Riseborough (Birdman, Oblivion).

We can't wait to see the trailers for the remaining Season 4 episodes: Hang the DJ, Metalhead, Black Museum, and USS Callister.

Black Mirror Season 4 still doesn't have a release date but it's expected to premiere on Netflix sometime in 2018.
