Ryan Potter, best known for voicing Hiro in Disney's animated film Big Hero 6 and starring in Supah Ninjas, really wants to play Tim Drake/Robin in Ben Affleck's solo Batman film, so he created a short clip showing Ben exactly what he can do.

The video features an intense concept fight scene, showing off his skills as a trained martial artist. After the fight sequence ended, Potter sits down in front of the camera and directly asks Affleck to consider casting him as Robin.

"Hey Ben, like Tim said, Batman needs a Robin," Potter said. Check out the video:

In a previous interview with 411Mania, Potter expressed his desire to play Robin:

"That would be super cool to be able to play that. To see a different version- see an Asian-American Robin. Why not?. Or maybe in a couple of years see a Nighthawk. But I don't know. There really aren't a lot of real Asian superheroes."

I think Potter would make a cool Robin, but what do you think? Would you rather see a different actor take on the role or do you think Potter has what it takes?

Ben Affleck's solo Batman film is currently in development and it's set to release sometime in 2018.
