Bethesda's The Elder Scrolls: Blades is Now Available For Everyone

It might be a mobile game but fans will be happy to know that The Elder Scrolls: Blades is now available on iOS and Android. Granted, there is a bit of a catch, in that some players will need a Bethesda net account so that they can play it but that's no big deal. Though missing some key ingredients, Blades is still a solid mobile title that fans of the series should check out.

Ditching the open-world format (it is a mobile game after all), the game still has some of the solid Elder Scrolls combat that fans appreciate. While there are plans to port the title to consoles and PC, like Fallout Shelter, no release date for that port has been given. That's okay though since mobile games like these are good to turn on once in a while.

Blades isn't problem-free however. Since the game is free-to-play, it does encourage players to pay for certain treasure chests or in-game currency. Bethesda is aware of this and is planning to balance the silver chest soon so that they won't be too hard to open, which can take real-time days or hours. Yikes.

So, what are you waiting for? The Elder Scrolls: Blades can now be downloaded on iOS and Android.
