Drax the Destroyer might be ashes in the wind but "The Animal" is alive and feral. Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy star Dave Bautista let the world know that he wants a match for this year's WrestleMania and he did so by attacking 16-time World Champion Ric Flair during last Monday's episode of WWE Raw. He specifically called out his mentor Triple H after the attack, asking him "do I have your attention now?"

Trust us, Dave, the whole world has your attention.

It all happened during the seemingly calm finale to this week's episode of Raw. It was supposed to end with a celebration of Ric Flair's 70th birthday, with most of the Raw locker room out there to congratulate the legend for having a long life and stellar wrestling career. Sadly, that wasn't the case as we quickly cut backstage to Bautista harassing a poor cameraman and attacking Flair, one of his mentors back in the Marvel star's WWE days.

Also, wrestling is predetermined and Batista didn't actually attack a 70-year-old man. WWE had planted the seeds of this match back in the 1000th episode of WWE SmackDown during a reunion with Evolution, where he claimed that Triple H had never beaten him. Batista himself has stated that he would like to have one more match against the aforementioned Triple H in numerous interviews, so it looks like he's getting his wish.

For those out of the loop, Bautista was once a very successful WWE superstar who went by the ring name Batista (formerly Deacon Batista). Throughout his career, Batista won multiple titles and accolades while defeating some of the biggest names in the industry, including John Cena, Chris Jericho, and The Undertaker. He was also a member of Evolution, one of the biggest stables in WWE history, where he teamed with Randy Orton, Ric Flair, and Triple H.

Expect Batista vs Triple H to be announced for this year's WrestleMania in the next few months. We won't be seeing Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 for a while so at least Bautista is doing something. He is slated to appear in Avengers: Endgame, which comes out on April 26.
