Avengers: Infinity War’s Chris Hemsworth Hints at Villains & Last Infinity Stone

Ever since the introduction of the Infinity Stones and the looming threat of Thanos was introduced into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, fans have been looking forward to the different ways and instances that the Stones made their appearance in the different films.

So far, we've seen the Space Stone, the Power Stone, the Mind Stone, the Time Stone, and the Reality Stone. We're just missing the Soul Stone, one of the powerful Gems in the comics, as it can control the free will of others. Technically, it has been teased that Adam Warlock, who has been tightly linked to the Soul Gem in the comics, will somehow find his way in the MCU after Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

Now, a new teaser thanks to Chris Hemsworth at Sydney's Supernova Comic Con, fans were given a teaser on the final Stone, but also of the threats looming in next year's ensemble movie.

According to the Q&A panel (via Comicbook.com), Hemsworth teased that fans will be seeing the Soul Stone soon enough. That's because Hemsworth apparently knows where it is located, though obviously, Marvel will likely keep this a secret to the very end.

Speculations have already run rampant with the possibility that the Soul Stone may be revealed in Thor: Ragnarok. Considering the goddess of death Hela's presence, this makes it even more likely. Her potential to be Death, Thanos's reason for collecting the Stones to begin with, has also been the subject of speculation, so it's easy to see how Hemsworth may know where the Stone is.

Hemsworth also teased that there will be more than just Thanos who serves as villain in Avengers: Infinity War. We're considering Loki's role in the ramble is still possible, since it's likely he's the one who started the trouble in Asgard for Thor: Ragnarok. Hela herself may still have a role, especially if she is the Death we've all been waiting for.

Any thoughts on these theories? And who's even more excited for Thor: Ragnarok?

Thor: Ragnarok will be out in theaters on Oct. 25. Avengers: Infinity War will be in theaters next year.
