Though Peter Parker initially declined the Iron Spider suit in Spider-Man: Homecoming, we know that he'll don it to fight Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War. What's cool is, the suit seems to be inspired by the Spidey outfit from Marvel's Civil War comic, and it looks like it also comes with the signature mechanical arms.
Thanks to a leaked Lego set, we get a special idea of what Spidey looks like in the movie, and here we see him with the aforementioned arms. The movie version, however, looks to have four instead of the comics' three.
In the comic Civil War, Spider-Man was given an advanced suit by Tony Stark for joining his side, and it came with some major upgrades compared to his classic red and blue suit. Sure the context is different for the movie, but it's nice to see the film paying homage to the comics. I wonder if we're ever going to get a black suit Spidey down the line.
Lego really has to do something about these leaks. Just recently, we got some leaked photos of the official Lego sets for the upcoming Han Solo movie. Though I'm happy we get to see the pictures, I imagine some angry rep from Disney is trying to find out how Lego keeps leaking these photos.
In the meantime, these pics are just getting me hyped up for the release of Avengers: Infinity War on May 4.
