Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Siege of Paris DLC Gets Official Release Date

Following the announcement of Ubisoft during E3 2021 about the next expansion of Assassin's Creed Valhalla, the Siege of Paris DLC finally gets an official release date this summer where the premium content would feature the French expansion on "most ambitious battle in Viking History" in the attack on the capital of France.

Ubisoft finally announced the arrival of the second story expansion of Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Siege of Paris, on Twitter, with the caption: Sharpen your ax and prepare for war! The Sigrblot Season kicks off this week with a new time-limited festival, activities & more! Sigrblot Festival (July 29-Aug 19), 1H sword as a reward, The Siege of Paris (Aug 12) #AssassinsCreed"

After The Siege of Paris closing in the first chapter of Assassin's Creed Valhalla, there are no plans of pulling the breaks as the game would have more expansions with Viking Age Discovery Tour which will be available this fall and it would have a combat-free exploration mode like that of Assassin's Creed Origins and Odyssey. Another expansion teased was with Eivor preparing for yet another face-to-face with Odin.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla was released in 2020 by Ubisoft as an action role-playing game. It is the twelfth game of the Assassin's Creed series and it follows that of Assassin's Creed Odyssey released in 2018. The game is set between 872 to 878 AC where it ventures with the expansions of the Vikings into the British Isles. The players get to control a Viking raider, Eivor Varinsdottir, who has been involved in the conflict with the Assassin Brothers.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla can be played on PC, Play Station 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Stadia. It will be available on PlayStation 5 on November 12, 2021.
