Are The Avengers: Infinity War Directors Teasing The Film’s Trailer Release?

Marvel has just finished it's line-up for the year, and now everyone's eagerly looking forward to the rest of the films the studio has prepared for Phase 3 of the Marvel cinematic universe, especially the epic superhero team-up movie event, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4.

The studio's been busy starting up Infinity War's marketing engine and fans are waiting for the trailer to roll out. With so much excitement building up over the film's preview, there's been a lot of speculation that Avengers directors Joe and Anthony Russo's recent Facebook post might be pointing to the trailer's release (or it could be a red herring, we can never be really sure).

Taking to Facebook, the directors posted a kooky photo of the number 3, and while it's possible that the directors might just be fooling around, it's likely that the two are referring to the release of the trailer given that Marvel's been adding fire to Infinity War's marketing campaign, rolling out a series of new photos on Vanity Fair.

Check it out down here:

Could they mean that the preview's 3 days away from its release? Or could they be pointing to the 3rd of December?

That's not all. A few fans also got an unofficial sneak peek at the film yesterday when Infinity War footage manage to leak online, however seeing how the video's been taken down, the rest of the world will just have to sit and wait for the trailer.

Avengers: Infinity War hits cinemas May 4, 2018, while Avengers 4 makes its big debut on May 3, 2019.
