Ant-Man And The Wasp Reportedly Working On Reshoots

Marvel fans might be focused on the upcoming superhero smackdown in Avengers: Infinity War, but that doesn't mean that Marvel Studios' has forgotten about its other films as well.

Ant-Man and The Wasp is going to make its debut a few months after Infinity War and it looks like the film is gearing up to finalize production. According to the Italian news outlet BadTaste. It, Ant-Man and the Wasp is currently going through reshoots to finalize production for the film and move on to post-prod.

Filming for the reshoots is now taking place in Los Angeles with an anonymous source close to the production who says that Ant-Man and the Wasp's reshoots partly center around replacing the movie's opening action sequence. Though the sequence was set and shot in South America, the crew could be using green screen to help fill in for the shots they need.

As always reports like these should be taken with a grain of salt, even though at this point in time Ant-Man and the Wasp should be doing their reshoots.

Here's the synopsis for the film:

"From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes Ant-Man and The Wasp, a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink. In the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a super hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he's confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside the Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from the past."

Ant-Man and the Wasp is set to fly into cinemas on July 6.
