Ron Howards Han Solo posts just seem to get grittier. The new director of the upcoming Star Wars spinoff has been busy sharing new photos of the film's various props and set pieces online, and Howard's latest post takes fans to a pile of Junk with an R2 unit going up in flames.
"Things are a little rough all over the Galaxy," the director's caption on the new Han Solo set video reads. With the R2 unit's case being used as a grill, fans can guess that this video was taken in a more desperate part of the galaxy, possibly a poorer part of the outer rim.

While there's no confirmation the two are linked, it's possible that this video shows off the set of the same junkyard in the behind-the-scenes videos Howard released earlier this month where fans get to see a battered speeder on fire and a crane shot of a green screen junkyard.
The burning droid video can also be linked to the image of Howard scolding an R2 unit, though we seriously do hope that the droid has nothing to do with this burning mess.
Starring Alden Ehereich, Donald Glover, Joonas Suotamo, Emilia Clarke, Thandiew Netwon, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Michael K. Williams and Woody Harrelson, Han Solo is scheduled to premiere on May 25, 2018.
