After months of waiting for some solid news about the return of Rick and Morty, Adult Swim did the best April Fool's joke on fans by streaming the first episode of the third season of the brassy science fiction animated comedy series for a day.
It was the ultimate joke having fans think that the entire episode was a joke when it turned out to be the real deal. Though the episode's no longer available for streaming now, Geek Tyrant reports that the network will be airing the episode each night this week starting at 10 pm ET/PT tonight.
Of course, like every crazed Rick and Morty fan we've already seen season 3's first episode, but those who missed the episode would probably be glad to hear that Adult Swim's airing the episode again for those who missed it. Let's hope that one of these screenings might include a promo featuring the exact release date for Rick and Morty.
Sure we already have a general schedule, but an exact date would be perfect.
