ABC Officially Cancels Marvel's Inhumans

It's official, ABC has officially canceled Marvel's Inhumans, the series so bad even Kevin Feige doesn't want to talk about it. The fate of this series has been in limbo for the longest time, with many feeling that it wasn't going to be renewed. Even those that worked for other Marvel shows thought the same thing.

Deadline confirmed that Inhumans would not be getting a second season, which should be fine since no one particularly enjoyed the show. There might be a few fans out there but overall, this will be known as the MCU's biggest misstep. Even Iron Fistis getting a second season, though that might have to do with the mini-universe being built through the various Netflix series.

While the show wasn't particularly good, it is somewhat of a shame since the source material is actually pretty good. In the comics, the Inhumans were a pretty mysterious race that did lead to some very good stories.

Recently, Marvel did try to replace the X-Men with them, turning away some fans, but it did lead to a few good comics like Ms. Marvel and Black Bolt, the latter of which only lasted 12 issues, though it is getting nominated for an Eisner.

No more Inhumans. As if that wasn't meta enough, Marvel is releasing a Death of the Inhumans mini-series in July.
