A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Neil Gaiman's Good Omens

Neil Gaiman is proving to be very busy these days, besides working on American Gods, he's also attached heavily with the adaptation of Good Omens. With reveals at an all-time high thanks to SDCC 2018, we have a new inside look at the upcoming Good Omens.

Check it out:

The story follows an angel (Michael Sheen) and a demon (David Tennant) as they team up together to save the world from ending. The book was actually a collaboration between Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett.

Good Omens has admittedly been able to gather a very impressive cast. Besides Sheen and Tennant, you also have the likes of Jon Hamm playing the role of archangel Gabriel. Michael McKean (Better Call Saul) is also a part of the cast as Sergeant Shadwell.

American Gods was such a huge hit for Starz, and Amazon is now looking to bank on some valuable IP from Gaiman. It's worth noting that though Gaiman is better known for his work on writing, this will be his first series in which he actually has a very hands on role as executive producer.

Good Omens has no specific release date, but it is expected to premiere on Amazon sometime later this year.
