3 New Magic: The Gathering Arena Sponsored YouTube Videos Released

Magic: The Gathering Arena left Open Beta last week and officially launched along with the release of the new fairy tale-themed expansion Throne of Eldraine, and now, Wizards of the Coast has recently sponsored three YouTubers to make MTG-themed videos to help promote the free-to-play digital card game.

CarbotAnimations released a silly cartoon featuring silly bodiless MTG characters with butlers carrying them. The concept of the video reminds me of Yu-Gi-Oh! a bit but I'm not a fan of its animation style. Watch the cartoon below:

Funhaus also did a sponsored video for Magic Arena featuring a hilarious fantasy-themed gladiator obstacle challenges that are based on new MTG cards like "Midnight Clock", "Fling", and "Runaway Together". Watch it here:

Rooster Teeth released a short Office-style comedy featuring an HR team settling their differences in games of Magic. Here's the video:

It looks like Wizards isn't holding back when it comes to promoting MTG Arena. Last week, they also released a new "training montage" video for the game. I'm not really a fan of these sponsored videos but I thought the "training montage" video was cool and epic.

Throne of Eldraine, the 82nd Magic expansion, is set to release on October 4. It's now available on Magic Arena.
