The Animated Adaptation of 'Halo: The Fall of Reach' Gets A Trailer, and It Has an 'Ender's Game' Feel to It

There's a new animated adaptation for Eric Nylund's military science fiction novel Halo: The Fall of Reach, and it's one of the franchise's beloved stories as it tells the origin of the legendary Master Chief and the Spartan program. The trailer features footage of young soldiers training to become Spartan warriors, which reminds me a lot of Orson Scott Card's classic Ender's Game

Relive the origin of the legendary Master Chief and the Spartan program in this animated adaptation of one of Halo’s most beloved stories. Kidnapped as children and conscripted into a brutal military training and augmentation program, the Spartans were designed to be the ultimate weapon against chaos and insurgency – but when a dangerous alien alliance known as The Covenant declares war on humanity, the Spartans might be our only hope.

The series will be included with your purchase of Halo 5: Guardians Limited Edition, which will hit shelves on October 27.
