We’ve been reporting on some of the deleted scenes from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 like James Gunn originally wanting a different ending, but Mr. Sunday Movies on Youtube has pooled all the information into one video, and has even revealed some scenes which went past everybody’s radar.
I, for one, have not read anywhere that Adam Warlock was originally considered to be a big part of the movie. He was initially going to be created by the Sovereign to hunt the Guardians down, and it’s likely that he would be clashing with everybody during the third act with Ego.
There’s also some rejected concept art of Baby Groot as well as some images of Mantis with green skin. There was also supposed to be a sequence which involved Peter Quill’s grandfather and some easter eggs including Nathan Fillion that were cut from the movie.
I can’t cover everything the video has, but it’s only 10 minutes and is worth the watch if you love these BTS details and what if scenarios.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is currently out in theaters.
