Watch Jared Leto Joker Battle Heath Ledger Joker in New Fan Film

While most DC fans believe that Heath Ledger’s Oscar-winning rendition of The Joker in The Dark Knight by Christopher Nolan was the very best portrayal of Batman’s nemesis, others think that Jared Leto’s Suicide Squad version ought to be given a chance.

There was so much hype surrounding Leto’s Joker before the release of the film, and many believed that the lack of The Joker in the poorly-rated DC spinoff was all because of Warner Bros. deciding to interfere with production.  To settle which Joker does a better job of harassing Gotham, Ismahawk has decided to make a short video pitting Ledger’s Joker and Leto’s Joker against each other.

Noel Scheffli plays the part of Ledger’s Joker, while Jan Flugum takes on the jacket of Leto’s Joker mobster. Speaking in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the short film’s co-director and writer Hisonni Johnson revealed that Scheffli was really nervous about taking the role.

Still while the actors aren’t Ledger or Leto, they do a pretty good job. Plus the production value and cinematography of the short video certainly make it interesting to watch. It’s a very dramatic fan film filled with twist and turns. Hope you enjoyed it.
