Watch: How Star Wars The Last Jedi Should Have Ended

It’s no mystery that Star Wars: The Last Jedi has become one of the more divisive films in the franchise, with fans constantly complaining about ‘what should have happened’ in the film—perfect for the HISHE channel on Youtube. Here’s their HISHE take on TLJ.

Even if you liked The Last Jedi, there’s no doubt that the film certainly has its plot errors, one of them being the fact that Rose’s advice to Finn about ‘saving what you love’ was unwarranted, seeing that Finn was sacrificing himself to save the Resistance—you know, the thing he ‘loves.’ I guess it’s more of a character motivation element for Finn moving forward.

There’s also the fact that Holdo had been weird about the Resistance’s plan to keep quiet on the escape to Crait. This is then addressed by Admiral Ackbar in the video, ensuring everyone not to do any mutinies during his command.

I could go on about all the reasons why the movie went certain directions, but it would probably go on for too long, and it’s nothing that hasn’t already been said. In the end of the day, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie, and the plotholes fall short of everything that I thought was great.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits home video this March.
