Beauty and the Beast is blowing up the box office as of now, and fans are eagerly waiting for Deadpool 2. Thanks to Deadpool Said on Youtube, we get the best of both worlds with this mash-up of Deadpool singing his own version of “Gaston.”
You can see a lot of work went into making the video, even going so far as to animate Deadpool’s eyes. The video also emphasizes that it’s “a nonprofit unofficial fan film not intended for commercial use,” so hopefully 20th Century Fox doesn’t come suing for copyright infringement.
It’s also pretty cool that they got to include some elements that weren’t in the movies like other X-men and the disembodied voice that Deadpool talks to. One possible nitpick I also have is that Deadpool’s voice here is muffled when he talks to the bartender, but it gets clear when he starts singing. Maybe they should’ve just stuck to dubbing his voice the whole video?
No official release date has been announced for Deadpool 2 yet, but fans should have fun with this neat video.
