Watch Adam Savage Put Together And Wear His Chewbacca (w/ C-3PO!) Costume For Silicon Valley Comic-Con

Adam Savage is probably best known for Mythbusters, but regular convention goers know him for putting on elaborate costumes and walking around on the floor incognito. This time around, he puts on a Chewbacca costume with a moving C-3PO on his back! The details are amazing, and Savage goes in-depth as to how he built the suit.

I always like seeing Savage go into detail about how he puts together the costumes since he does it with such a passion that every cosplayer can relate to. I’ve seen a lot of Chewbacca cosplay, but this is the first time I’ve seen one so close to the movie version of the costume. You really have to appreciate the effort.

What’s more, the C-3PO on his back moves, lights up, and talks as well! I thought the Chewbacca costume in itself was enough work, but the 3-PO is just going above and beyond. I can’t wait to see what Savage thinks of next.
