Marvel Studios has released the next addition to the MCU, Doctor Strange, and the Avengers got a mention.
The trailer is loaded with a lot of cool new footage showing mind-bending mystical visuals and Mads Mikkelsen's Kaecellius, but the moment that Marvel geeks will probably remember the most here is when Benedict Wong said, "The Avengers protect the world from physical dangers. We safe guard it against more mystical threats." We also see a hilarious introduction of the Sorcerer Supreme in a scene with Kaecellius. Watch the trailer below:
Synopsis:
Marvel’s Doctor Strange follows the story of the talented neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange who, after a tragic car accident, must put ego aside and learn the secrets of a hidden world of mysticism and alternate dimensions. Based in New York City’s Greenwich Village, Doctor Strange must act as an intermediary between the real world and what lies beyond, utilising a vast array of metaphysical abilities and artifacts to protect the Marvel cinematic universe.
Doctor Strange will hit theaters on November 4.
