Overwatch Gets A Netflix Original Series Fan Trailer

Blizzard Entertainment’s team-based multiplayer first-person videogame Overwatch has been a phenomenal success, reeling in millions of players worldwide and winning major awards at the 2016 Game Awards.

Given its success and its massive following, it’s no wonder that some gamers are hoping to see the videogame get its own television series. Sure, Blizzard has Overwatch comics and videos, but it’d be great to see heroes like D.Va and Genji and Sombra and Tracer and everyone else get their own serialized television show.

Though there hasn’t been any word on deals between Netflix and Blizzad Entertainment, it seems like the videogame has gotten its own fan-made Netflix original series trailer. Created by Lion Montages, the fan-trailer is a mix and match of various Overwatch promotional videos that try to form one cohesive story.

Let's just hope that they start noticing soon.
