Star Wars: Dancing Porg Video Will Brighten Up Your Day

Say what you will about Star Wars: The Last Jedi but the Porgs are adorable and should be protected at all costs, despite what James Gunn might tell you. They look cute, sound cute and are nowhere near as annoying as some people are saying since these critters don’t impact the plot in a big way (which is arguably why some viewers hate them).

What could be better than regular Porgs? Dancing Porgs of course.

German media design student Julian “Leupsi” Leupold has released a short video of the Porgs dancing to a remixed version of the classic cantina music from A New Hope. According to Leupsi, the video reached 2,000 views in six days and now we’ll try to increase that.

At 25 or so seconds, the video is harmless and should put a smile on anyone’s face, assuming they don’t hate the Porgs of course. The remixed cantina music by Beaterie is great and seeing two Porgs high five at the end of the video is icing on the cake.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi’s digital release hits March 13 while its Blu-Ray and DVD release comes out on March 27.
