How Powerful is Luke Skywalker in Star Wars: Episode VIII?

We already know that Luke Skywalker will have a more prominent role in Star Wars: Episode VIII compared to his quick appearance in The Force Awakens, but how powerful will he be in the sequel? 

YouTuber Stupendous Wave released an video discussing the potential power of Luke Skywalker in Episode VIII. He talked about Luke's story in the old Extended Universe, but that couldn't be used as reference since it's no longer canon. He went on to discuss his background and speculate on the new abilities that he might possess. I can't wait to see him pull some badass Jedi moves in Episode VIII. Watch the video below:
