Hilarious Fallout 4 Mod Lets You Make Cartoon-Like Facial Expressions

Fallout 4 has received a lot of praise lately, but one thing that many players think could be improved are the characters' stiff facial animations. Naturally, a modder has “fixed” the bland expressions, by exaggerating the mouth, eye, and eyebrow movements. Youtuber and modder FancyPants has uploaded a video that demonstrates his mod in action. It shows the characters in the opening scene of the game going through the dialogue as usual, but with an arsenal of creepy-yet-hilarious cartoon-like facial expressions.

I'll be honest – some of the faces made in this video might haunt your dreams. But it's so amusing that you should watch it anyway. Many of FancyPants' modded mouth movements don't fit the faces just right, and the main character's wife makes a perpetual troll-face, but that's what makes it worth watching.
