Here's Proof That Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Supreme Leader Snoke is Darth Plagueis
Right before Star Wars: The Force Awakens was released, many speculated that Andy Serkis' mysterious villain role in the film, Supreme Leader Snoke, would turn out to be Darth Plageuis, the Sith Lord that trained the Emperor, Darth Sidious. If you want to learn more about the intriguing theory, watch the video here.
When The Force Awakens was released, however, the film didn't mention the name of Darth Plagueis nor provide any sufficient back story to explain the villain's origins, Snoke's identity continues to be a mystery.
The John Williams music scores for Darth Plagueis and Snoke are exactly the same -- abeit for one added pitch.
Palpatine told Anakin that he murdered Sidious in his sleep, but was it true? Or did Plagueis use a Force illusion on him?
"Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith so powerful and so wise, he could use the Force to influence the midi-chlorians to create life. He had such a knowledge of the dark side, he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying."
It was also reported that Disney asked a movie podcast to yank mention of Darth Plagueis in their show, which only adds more fuel to the theory. You can watch the amusing theory video here, and you can also watch Andy Serkis talk about his character here.
So do you think Supreme Leader Snoke is Darth Plagueis?
