Here's A Magic: The Gathering Deckbuilding Sealed Strategy For Amonkhet Events

If you find yourself stuck in the deckbuilding process when it comes to playing in a Magic: The Gathering Prerelease or other Sealed events, here's a video from YouTuber Magic Aids that could you help you narrow your decisions to figure out which colors you should give the most attention. His main advice here is to stack the cards in your pool into three piles, with the top including the cards with the highest power levels that are good in any situations, and the second with cards that are playable but aren't as powerful. The last pile is where Dirt belongs or unplayable cards that you don't need. Watch the video below:

Amonkhet doesn't have a lot of mana-fixers so the video also reminds us to look for green cards that produce mana, and if we don't have enough of those card of Cycle cards, then it's best to stick to two or less colors. The video also briefly talks about getting the right mana curve and creatures but doesn't really discuss more advanced deck building strategies.

Amonkhet, the first set of the Amonkhet block, will be released on April 28. Prerelease events will take place on April 22-23, 2017.
