Now that the epic Battle of Bastards is over, it's time for Game of Thrones to show us what's going in the rest of Westeros and Essos. HBO released the final episode of Season 6, titled The Winds of Winter (a homage to George R.R. Martin's forthcoming sixth book of the Song of Ice and Fire series, on which the show is based).
The preview shows footage from Winterfell: Davos tells Jon Snow about what Melisandre did to Shireen; Littlefringer reminds Sansa of what he wants; In King's Landing: It looks like there will be a climactic showdown between Cersei and The High Sparrow; At the Riverlands: The Freys look like they're about to celebrate and Jaime is present (or could that be Arya?). We also see a glimpse of Bran and a fearful Daenerys. Watch the preview trailer below:
