Droid Characters Get Spotlight in LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Trailer

The LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens video game will launch this Tuesday, and it will give players the experience of playing through the story of Episode VII, which has been completely recreated in classic LEGO style. There will also be an assortment of DLC's available such as the Droids character pack, which is a Playstation exclusive. While popular droids like BB-8, R2-D2, and C-3PO are already playable in the game, this bonus pack gives players more droids from other eras of the saga.

The DLC includes the Astromech with a bad motivator R5-D4, bounty hunter IG-88, the Protocol Droid ME-8D9 seen in Maz Kanata's Castle, Lando Calrissian's droid W1-LE from Star Wars Rebels, and a variety of battle Droids from The Clone Wars, including the Captain Battle Droid, Super Battle Droid, and Captain Commando Droid. Watch the trailer below:

The Droids character pack will launch on Playstation 3 and Playstation 4 and will be released alongside the full game on June 28!
