There are a lot of things to love about the Harry Potter franchise, but one of the most iconic things about the films is the score by maestro John Williams. What’s interesting is, @kurtschneider on TikTok has posted this video of him covering the HP theme… with a pair of washing machines.

Make sure to watch it till the end:

I have to say, it was impressive enough to have them actually recreate the notes with a washing machine, but the cherry on top is the guy jumping into a cupboard after the whole thing.

While the Fantastic Beasts films have managed to stumble with The Crimes of Grindelwald, the Wizarding World franchise still manages to stay relevant despite the movies have ended nearly a decade ago. J.K. Rowling’s novels still manage to grab the attention of kids from every generation, and there are multiple mediums from which we can enjoy the world of Harry Potter from games to theme parks.

For now, the next big piece of Potter material is the third Fantastic Beasts film, which will give us more of the fight between Dumbledore and Grindelwald. Rowling is still going to be behind the screenplay, but this time WB is bringing in writer Steve Kloves to help tell a story that’s meant for the big screen.

Personally I would have preferred several other anthology films based on random Potter textbooks, but I guess WB has kind of already dug itself into a hole. How amazing would a Quidditch Through the Ages movie look, or even Hogwarts: A History.

Fantastic Beasts 3 is set to come out on Nov. 12, 2021.
