Stan Lee has made appearance in films even way before the MCU, and his latest cameo isn’t from Ant-Man and the Wasp, but from the Spider-Man game that just released exclusive to PS4.

Check this out:

The scene mostly plays out with Peter Parker talking to MJ, but it ends with Stan Lee calling the couple his ‘favorites.’ Now that I think of it, it has been a while since we’ve seen a Peter/MJ tandem in the movies. After 2007, Spider-Man has been paired with Gwen Stacy first, then Liz Allen.

Of course, there’s still the case of Zendaya’s character Michelle, who was revealed to have the nickname MJ in Homecoming. A lot of fans thought this was a tad disrespectful to the original character, but I’m willing to see where it goes. After all, Michelle is kind of a kooky character, and I would love to see what happens between her and Peter.

Spider-Man for the PS4 is doing great. People are saying the game is okay overall, but the gameplay and feel have been getting applauded online since its release. Some even say they could just spend hours swinging around the city.

No doubt, this was a triumphant return of Marvel to the video game platform, and hopefully we get to see more of it in the future. I’d love to try out a Guardians of the Galaxy game if they ever made one.

Spider-Man is now available for the PS4.
