Watch: How Solo A Star Wars Story Should Have Ended

Solo: A Star Wars Story hits Blu-Ray today, and what better time for How it Should Have Ended on Youtube to release their take on the film.

Admittedly, I’m a tad disappointed with the video. Usually they take time to poke fun at some plot points in the film, but this clip just kind of became a criticism of where Lucasfilm was going with the franchise. Then again, they do have some valid points, but I’m more on the side of people who actually enjoyed Solo: A Star Wars Story.

When Solo came out, it had infamously underperformed, and a lot of people went on to analyze what went wrong. On one hand, the film came out close to big films like Avengers: Infinity War and Deadpool 2, but on the other there was also a boycott coming from the people who didn’t like The Last Jedi.

With the home release of Solo though, a lot of people have been coming out online to say how much they enjoyed the film. Some people who even avoided it upon release have been expressing their regret for not checking out the movie in the first place. Personally, I thought the movie was kind of fun, and it was a good break from the other Star Wars films where the stakes have always been raised. With Solo, you get a nice, fun, and self-contained adventure with fun characters and fantastic setpieces.

Solo: A Star Wars Story is now available on digital and Blu-Ray.
