Watch: How Ant-Man and the Wasp Should Have Ended

Marvel Studios has capped off their year with Ant-Man and the Wasp, and the film has just been made available for Blu-Ray and DVD. With that, HISHE on Youtube has come up with their new take on How Ant-Man and the WaspShould Have Ended.

As always, the video points out the obvious when it comes to the film, like the fact that Wasp could have easily escaped Ghost if she had just stayed small and flew away somewhere. Also, there’s the whole bit about everyone not being aware of the alien attack on New York, so Scott ends up trapped in the Quantum Realm by the end of the movie.

Then again, these gripes prove nothing when it comes to the real point of the scenes, which was to get the plot going. If Wasp escapes then Ghost wouldn’t be a threat—which the movie needed to have. Plus, the last scene needed to have Scott trapped in the Quantum Realm which wouldn’t have happened if they didn’t decide to do some research that day.

If anything, it’s all in good fun. Just like no one should take these MCU films too seriously, no one should pore too much into critique videos like this. The same rule goes for Honest Trailers, and also for the mother of needless nitpicking channels—CinemaSins.

With Ant-Man and the Wasp out of the way, all we have to wait for is the release of Captain Marvel before we finally get back to Avengers 4. Catch the movie in theaters on May 3, 2019.
