Amazon Prime Video is set to bring The Boys back for its second season in September, and to help build the hype, they’ve released the gag reel for the first season of the show.

Watch this:

While Antony Starr can get downright terrifying whenever he’s playing Homelander, it’s great to see that he can just goof around with his castmates on set. Billy Butcher is also one of the more rough and gruff characters, but you can see that Urban actually has a good chunk of the gags when it comes to the reel.

Who I really wanted to see more of was Erin Moriarty’s Starlight, but either she doesn’t have too many gags in the film, or there just wasn’t enough time for this short reel. With Starlight being the only sincere hero in the Seven, I really want to see more of her in the next season, and at some point I actually want her to team up with the Boys.

The Boys was one of the best comic book properties to come out last year, and it’s a really great show that comes right on time, what with the oversaturation of superhero content. Hopefully, showrunners Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and Eric Kripke will be able to finish the story they want to tell with the series. I would hate for this to go on for too long and have episodes that start going stale.

The Boys is an irreverent take on what happens when superheroes, who are as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians and as revered as Gods, abuse their superpowers rather than use them for good. It's the powerless against the super powerful as The Boys embark on a heroic quest to expose the truth about "The Seven", and their formidable Vought backing.

The Boys returns to Amazon Prime Video on Sept. 4.
