Watch: Ant-Man 3 Pitch Perfectly Introduces MODOK to the MCU

If you haven’t watched any Nando v Movies on Youtube, it’s a fun channel that mostly pumps out ‘rewrites’ of movies in an attempt to ‘fix’ them. The channel recently came up with this pitch for Ant-Man 3, and I have to say, it perfectly introduces characters like the third Ant-Man and MODOK.

What I love most about the pitch is how it plays out like Batman v Superman and introduces us to new characters with old scenes from the MCU. We have Eric O’Grady’s introduction during the attack at the Triskelion in Winter Soldier, and we can connect MODOK’s origin with Aldrich Killian from Iron Man 3.

 I also think the idea to title the movie Ant-Man and the Wasp and the Ant-Man is pretty clever. It kind of embraces the comedy element of the franchise, and who else would be a more fun villain that giant floating head MODOK.

Admittedly, it’s not a full plot, but it already gives us great introductions for two characters that would be fun additions to the MCU. MODOK is already pretty popular outside of the cinematic world, and it’s only a matter of time before they decide to bring him to the big screen.

We don’t have any news on Ant-Man 3 yet, but it’s rumored to be part of Marvel Phase 4. Hopefully, we get some official update from Marvel soon.
