Spider-Man Far from Home: In-Depth Breakdown of Deleted Scenes and Concepts from the Film

If you’ve seen Spider-Man: Far from Home, you’ll know that the film had not included a lot of material that we saw in the trailers and promos. Thanks to Mr. Sunday Movies on Youtube, we can delve into what could have been in the film, and why the scenes were left on the cutting room floor.

The most prominent scenes that never appeared in the movie were the one where Peter visits Delmar’s Grocery and the one where he takes down the mob in the Iron Spider suit. As it turns out, the scenes will be turned into their own short film for the Blu-Ray, and they were removed to get Peter and his friends to Europe as quickly as possible.

There was also a scene in the film where Peter sells his Star Wars toys to he can get enough money to buy his gift for MJ.

I also think it would have been kind of cool if they found a way to incorporate Captain Britain into the story. I don’t know if they should make him some kind of celebrity or actual hero, but if Wonder Man was almost introduced in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, then there’s probably a neat way to allude to Brian Braddock in the future.

Personally, I would have preferred if they found a way to introduce Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel) and Richard Rider (Nova) as high-school students. I think it would be neat to have heroes that are just like Peter.
