Christopher Nolan's Memento Gets An Honest Trailer From Screen Junkies

With Dunkirk coming out this week, Screen Junkies has made an Honest Trailer for one of Christopher Nolan’s classic movies, Memento, and looks back in the earlier days of Nolan and his filmmaking career.

You may need to have seen Memento to get the joke, but this Honest Trailer is also “written backwards,” just like the movie that it’s making fun of. It truly is amazing how Nolan is able to make a movie which spoils us the ending, but keeps us on the edge of our seat trying to find out what happened.

I was curious on why Screen Junkies decided to parody Memento after all this time, but I realized that they’ve already made trailers for Nolan movies like Dark Knight Rises and Interstellar.

Dunkirk may be the first movie that Nolan has that’s based on a true story, and I’m very curious on how his directing style will be implemented. I mean, Nolan is very good at bringing audiences to another world, so what would it be like if he brought us into an actual event in history.

Dunkirk hits cinemas July 20.
