Avengers Endgame: An Inside Look at How the Cap vs. Cap Fight was Made

Avengers: Endgame had just hit DVD/Blu-Ray, and Marvel Studios is releasing some new promos for the movie. Just in, Marvel Entertainment on Youtube gives us an inside look at how the Cap vs. Cap scene was shot.

What’s interesting is, the shot originally started with the 2012 Cap not wearing the helmet, but it was changed because audiences were said to have a hard time telling which Captain America was which. I guess you have to hand it to Chris Evans for having to play both parts and the VFX team for seamlessly melding the two separate performances together.

No doubt we’ll be getting more reveals like this as the weeks go on. Avengers: Endgame had to be one of the most secretive films before it hit theaters. Now Marvel just seems to be upturning every stone for fans so they could know the movie inside and out.

For now, it seems that we’ve seen the last of Chris Evans in the MCU, but I bet he’s going to have some small cameos in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier or the animated What If…? Series. Of course, they could always pull a Spider-Man: Far from Home and just use some stock footage that’s been lying around.

Avengers: Endgame is now available on digital and Blu-Ray/DVD.
