Ant-Man and the Wasp Gets the Honest Trailer Treatment

Just like the first Ant-Man, Ant-Man and the Wasp ended up a refreshing MCU entry on the tails of a new Avengers movie. The movie has just hit Blu-Ray and DVD, and now Screen Junkies has released their Honest Trailer take on the film.

Return to the franchise that everyone likes but no one really cares about, in this satisfying episode of Marvel Season 3 Episode 8. And while you don’t need to see the first Ant-Man to see what’s really going on, you definitely need to catch up on Captain America: Civil War, especially if you’re in the movie.

With Avengers: Infinity War ending up as emotional as it did, a lot of people agreed that Ant-Man and the Wasp provided a good refresher for the fans, complete with a fun plot and the wacky antics of Paul Rudd. Though the adventures never get as high stakes as previous MCU entries, the Ant-Man franchise still manages to charm audiences without seeming too irrelevant to the rest of the Marvel Universe.

For now, we know that Scott Lang ends up in the Quantum Realm before Thanos’ snap, and everyone in his team has been turned into dust—save for him. It’s obvious that he won’t be stuck there forever, but speculation guesses that he’ll be trapped down there for a good long while. It’s also speculated that his knowledge of the Quantum Realm could be relevant to how the rest of the Avengers will end up reversing Thanos’ snap.

Catch Ant-Man and the Wasp when they team-up with the Avengers May 3, 2019.
