We’ve seen several edits and treatments done on the trailers and several sequences of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but never did we imagine that the screenings of the film perfectly syncs with Pink Floyd’s classic, The Dark Side of the Moon.

A few people on Reddit recently discovered that The Force Awakens is the same with the Wizard of Oz when it comes to uncanny matching with the Pink Floyd musical piece. In fact, there are several lyrics from the album that seems to match the Star Wars movie.

I like Kylo Ren’s sequence interrogating a Poe Dameron, with the song’s scream thrown out right at the moment where Dameron opens his mouth.

This has potential of becoming another Floyd fan tradition.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is now available on digital HD and Blu-ray/DVD.

Another way to enjoy the film is watching it with a reacting Sphero BB-8.
