A 9-minute trailer Matt Damon's epic fantasy film The Great Wall has been released, and it shows a lot of new visually-stunning footage. It also introduces us to the five main characters of the film. Watch the trailer below:
The Great Wall is the largest film ever shot entirely in China, and was inspired by The Great Wall of China (and probably Attack on Titan) but with monsters trying to invade it.
The Great Wall was directed by Zhang Yimou (Hero, House of Flying Daggers), and this is the first English-language film he's done. The Great Wall also stars Pedro Pascal, Willem Dafoe, Andy Lau, Tian Jing, Eddie Peng, Numan Acar, Han Lu, Kenny Lin,and Zhang Hanyu.
The film will be released in Chinese theaters on December 16, and will hit American theaters on February 17, 2017.
