World of Warcraft Currency Can Now Be Used in Other Blizzard Games

Right now, World of Warcraft players can redeem WoW Tokens for Battle.net Balance funds, a new digital currency that can also be spent to buy content for other supported Blizzard games.

According to World of Warcraft'sofficial site, players who visit the in-game Auction House and buy a WoW Token (or pay $20 USD of real-world money) can now choose whether to get an additional 30 days of play time to their account, or reddem it to their Battle.net Balance and transfer $15 USD to their account.

The digital currency can be used to buy World of Warcraft services, such as pets, mounts, and character transfers. The Battle.net Balance can also be used to buy other in-game items for other supported games, like Overwatch's loot boxes.
