Tom Cruise Has An Idea For Edge of Tomorrow Sequel

Edge of Tomorrow was one of the most underrated science fiction movies released in recent years (At least when it comes to its performance at the box office). It was definitely one of Tom Cruise's best films, and I would love to see it again.

In a reent interview with MTV, the actor said that he came up with an idea for the sequel. He didn't say what exactly the idea was but it sounds like his idea is worth making a sequel for. He said:

"I pitched it to [Rogue Nationdirector andEdge of Tomorrowscreenwriter Christopher] McQuarrie and [Edge of Tomorrowdirector] Doug [Liman]. We were there one night and I was like, I've got an idea for it."

He also had an idea for Emily Blunt, who kicked a lot of alien ass in the first movie. He says:

"It could be so much fun. Gotta get Emily. I was like Emily, please. She was like, 'give me another year, please.'"

There are so many clever twists you can take with this kind of movie, and I would love to see what Cruise is talking about. Who doesn't want to see Tom Cruise die (in the movie) again? Live, die, repeat!
