Zack Snyder Still Has Work to Do on Snyder Cut of Justice League

DC fans were met with ecstatic news yesterday.

Warner Brothers made the surprising announcement that the Snyder Cut of Justice League would be arriving on HBO Max. Not only that, but the studio put out a teaser to help add to the excitement over Zack Snyder's cut of the DC Extended Universe movie, Justice League.

Unfortunately, it may take some time for the Snyder Cut to release.

Zack Snyder announced the Snyder Cut's release during the Man of Steel Watch Party on Wednesday (via Cosmic Book News), and when the director made the announcement, he revealed that he still had work to do on the Justice League movie.

"One little piece of bad news and that is that it will probably be in [2021], the actual release, because we got a little work to do, but we're doing it. So I just wanted to put it out: Get ready," the filmmaker teased during the Watch Party.

Though the director hasn't revealed what work he has to do on the film, rumors say that Snyder has major plans for his version of Justice League including finishing scenes that may involve the Martian Manhunter and other characters.

Snyder has previously let fans know that he still has some CGI to finish on the Snyder Cut.

There's a lot of excitement over the Snyder Cut. Justice League was a major flop when it released back in 2017, and its failings have been credited to the changes that Warner Brothers and Joss Whedon made to the film.

We can't wait to see Snyder's original vision for the movie.
