What Marvel Would Change Working On Avengers: Endgame

Joe and Anthony Russo's two-part Avengers movie ( Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame ) might have been a major commercial and critical success for Marvel, but it looks like Marvel Studios has decided to take a break from back-to-back comic book movie productions for now.

Disney just released the list of films that it's pushing for recognition at the Academy Awards this year, and the Mickey Mouse House is campaigning for Avengers: Endgame. Speaking in an interview with Endgame executive producer Trinh Tran, Cinema Blend decided to discuss the film's production, asking the executive what she would have done in the process of making the Russo Brother's two-part Avengers movie.

According to Tran, Marvel wouldn't want to shoot two major movies back-to-back ever again. It might have seemed good at the time knowing that Infinity War and Endgame would culminate the last ten years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but according to Tran, she doesn't want to experience the stress of having back-to-back productions again.

"Well, we don't want to shoot two big movies back-to-back ever again (laughs). That was something that we thought was a really great idea at the time and made the most sense logically because it was just easy because we had all our talents together," the producer explained during her interview with the entertainment news outlet, "But because we were so massive in terms of the number of people we had and the scale of the movie, it would have been nice to just focus on one movie at a time. But yeah, that would be the one thing."

Trans request sounds sensible. Producing one blockbuster movie is a daunting task in itself. It isn't easy bringing together a cast and crew with different schedules to film different scenes at different dates. Now imagine that you have to work on another film right after you complete the first one without a proper break in between.

Avengers: Endgame is currently being pushed for the Best Picture category at the Academy Awards. The film is currently available on Digital HD, Blu- Ray, and DVD.
