Viral Baby Jabba Concept Art Tries to Steal Attention from Baby Yoda

Star Wars fans might have fallen head over heels for Baby Yoda ever since the doe-eyed little thing's appearance in Star Wars: The Mandalorian, but it looks like a new Star Wars cutie is trying to take the spotlight online.

There's brand new art featuring Babby Jabba the Hutt and it looks like the concept art piece is becoming viral on Reddit. The art piece was created by artist Leonardo Vitti, and while the art's been around since late November, it's just recently gained traction on the social media platform. It also helps that X-Men: Apocalypse actress Olivia Munn also spotted it on the site, sharing it on her own social media accounts like Instagram.

Check it out down here:

Baby Jabba isn't too screen accurate. There are a few edits here and there to give the baby a cuter look than what we've gotten used to seeing from the space slug. Giving Jabba a more rounded look, Vitti makes Jabba look like the world's most adorable little chonks with his cute little cheeks filled with slobber.

While the art piece has gotten a lot of attention online, we're not sure whether Lucasfilm would make a series based on a Baby Jabba when they've already gotten a sure-fire hit with Baby Yoda. The first season of Star Wars: The Mandalorian has been nothing short of a success and everyone's eager to see what Jon Favreau and his team have prepared for the next batch of episodes.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian is currently streaming on Disney+.
