Star Wars Inquisitors Reportedly Appearing in The Mandalorian

It looks like Ahsoka Tano isn't the only Star Wars Rebels character rumored to appear in future seasons of Star Wars: The Mandalorian.

According to a report by We Got This Covered, sources say that Rebels' Inquisitors are also going to make the jump to the Star Wars live-action universe appearing in The Mandalorian. Though there aren't that many Inquisitors in Rebels, the entertainment news outlet says that the remainder of the faction will be introduced in the third season of Jon Favreau's hit Star Wars live-action series.

We're not sure why the Inquisitors might drop in on The Mandalorian, however, the Star Wars villains have always been known to hunt down the surviving members of the Jedi and there have been reports saying that Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) is set to train as a Jedi in the third season of the series. If these reports are going to be proven to be true, then it would set up the appearance of the Inquisitors as well.

Of course, there's a possibility that none of these rumors are ever going to come true. The second season of The Mandalorian has yet to release, and despite reports saying that Ahsoka, Boba Fett, and Bo Katan will appear in the show's next batch of episodes, we can't tell what direction the series might take.

Star Wars fans will simply have to cross their fingers and wait and see what Jon Favreau and his team have planned for The Mandalorian.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian season 1 is available for streaming on Disney+.
