Star Wars: Episode IX Leak Reveals Leia’s Death And The Force Visit From A 'Familiar Hero'

Lucasfilm might be trying its best to keep Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker's secrets under wraps, however, this hasn't kept Star Wars fans from spreading rumors and leaks online. One of the latest leaks to make it on the mill is the events leading up to the high profile death of Star Wars legacy character Leia Organa (the late Carrie Fisher) in the third and final entry Lucasfilm's Star Wars sequel trilogy.

Redditor JediPaxis (a Star Wars fan known for sharing Star Wars leaks from reputable sources) has just recently detailed a new leak about the second act of Episode IX, dropping a few major bombshells on the fanbase.

While it shouldn't come as surprise to fans hearing that Leia might die in The Rise of Skywalker knowing that Carrie Fisher has long since passed away, this new Reddit post reveals just exactly how Leia dies, saying that Leia will be killed in the second act of the movie when Rey (Daisy Ridley) and Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) end up battling on Endor.

What's even more interesting is that Leia gets a visit from a "familiar hero" right before she passes on.

"Before her death, we hear the voice of a familiar hero come to bid her farewell and pass on one last bit of knowledge," the post reads.

Could it be Luke (Mark Hamill)? Or Yoda? Both are connected to the Force, so it won't be a surprise to see either one of them visiting Leia before her moment of death.

What do you think of this new leak? Will we see Luke visit his sister right before her moment of death in Episode IX? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section below.
