Paul Rudd Is Hoping His Fans Campaign For Ant-Man 3

Ant-Man and its sequel Ant-Man and the Wasp may have been relatively successful both in commercial and critical terms, but it looks like a third film in Scott Lang's (Paul Rudd) standalone film series isn't guaranteed in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Sure, Ant-Man might have been a major player in Joe and Anthony Russo's overwhelmingly successful Avengers: Endgame but it looks like Marvel has yet to be promise Rudd another film of his own together with Wasp star Evangeline Lilly.

Rudd is currently working together with his Ant-Man co-star Michael Pena in a Pepsi Max commercial ad being directed by Thor: Ragnarok helmsman, Taika Waititi. While the commercial has him reunited with a few of his Marvel cast members, Rudd reveals that he isn't getting fans excited enough for a third Ant-Man movie.

Speaking in an interview together with Yahoo!, Rudd starts pushing fans to campaign for the next Ant-Man movie.

"I don't know," Rudd said in his discussion with Yahoo! about an Ant-Man 3. "You need to make a call to the top brass and start a campaign to make it happen."

Of course, campaigning for a film might not make much of a difference knowing that Marvel calls the shots, but if the campaign gained enough traction, then Marvel would be forced to listen and mak Ant-Man3. The only question now is whether anyone would make the campaign, or whether that campaign would gain enough traction.

Marvel's latest film, Avengers: Endgame, is currently screening in cinemas.
