Marvel’s Kevin Feige Teases The Future Of The MCU After Avengers: Endgame

Avengers: Endgame might have culminated the last ten years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it looks like fans might have to wait a little bit longer for Phase 4 news from Marvel Studios.

Heading to Reddit to take part in his first-ever Ask Me Anything (AMA) session, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige took on all sorts of questions from the Marvel fanbase. Seeing how Phase 3 of the MCU has finally come to an end with Avengers: Endgame, it comes as no surprise seeing fans ask Feige about the future of the franchise.

One fan, in particular, decided to ask Feige a three-part question, wondering whether there were any "unfilmable" Marvel storylines, whether producing films changed the way he enjoyed comics, and whether the Marvel Studios president had a character he was itching to introduce in the MCU.

"1. Everything is filmable nowadays. It's about finding the most resonant character stories to bring to the big screen."
2. Not really, I still like to read the comics every week from a fan's point of view."
3. You'll know soon enough."

It looks like Feige isn't ready to make any announcements just yet, even if Endgame has already come and gone. However, while most of Phase 4 remains a mystery, we do know that Marvel already has a few films planned. There's the Black Widow standalone movie starring Scarlett Johansson, The Eternals, a film supposedly featuring Marvel's first openly gay lead, Shang-Chi, and of course, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

Avengers: Endgame is currently screening in cinemas.
